Providing support for young people and their families

Animal & Nature Therapies

Using the healing nature of animals and the environment to support people as they explore their mental health.

It is now widely accepted that both animals and the great outdoors can have a positive effect on our mental health. Animals can help increase social interactions and reduce anxiety. Time in the outdoors can help improve mood and encourage wellbeing. The programmes below will give young people the opportunity to explore this for themselves.
