Strategy
At Young Gloucestershire (YG), everything we do is guided by a three-year strategy. Our approach to building strategy always starts with the voices that matter most, young people, families, and communities. We also listen to our staff, partner agencies, and funders. All of this input is used by our Board of Trustees to shape the organisation’s strategic direction.
While our strategy sets the long-term vision, we develop an annual work plan that translates this vision into clear steps. This plan is shared with all staff and discussed through monthly culture conversations and manager reflection sessions to ensure we stay on track and adapt as needed.
