YG supports communities to run youth clubs across the county. Each club is slightly different; aimed at various age groups and running a variety of activities.
We help communities by giving them advice on how to safely set up and run a youth club but we can't tell you exactly what the club will be like. Generally they will provide the opportunity to mix with other local young people and try activities like, cooking, sport, games and fundraising events.
“My friends always said how good youth club was but I didn’t know what to expect the first time I came along. But I like being at youth club because it’s a safe, warm and sociable environment where I can meet with my friends outside of school.” (Leah, 17, from Cheltenham).
