Thursday night saw Greyfriars house as a hive of activity with over 50 guests mingling and sharing their experiences of working with young people. It was a real pleasure to see so many people coming together under the shared interest of improving opportunities for Gloucestershire's young people.

For YG this was the first time we had organised an event like this, so we were pretty nervous about the turn out, but were over whelmed by the number of people who came (despite the warnings of snow). Delegates chose workshops and made their way around the building sharing ideas about funding opportunities, creating policies for safer working and activity & session ideas.

Evaluations of the event were really positive and it has definitely shown us that there is a need to continue offering this kind of event in the future.
