my second team completed their Princes Trust Team programme last week I feel it
is time for some reflection.
Friday saw the final presentation of team 138. As the CEO these
presentations are one of the most enjoyable parts of my job.
The staff at young Gloucestershire seem to be up for a challenge so we
have a new one this week. Say hello to the YG bear family!
Team 139 began 4 weeks ago and so far it has been
fantastic. I have had the opportunity to get to know 14 young people on an
individual basis, as well as watching them grow together...
My first week at Young Glos has been so welcoming. The
team are really friendly, professional and approachable.
I have found myself over the last three weeks tied up
interviewing. This has led me to reflect on the process and the changes the
current climate has created.
