AUTUMN 2011

Partnerships

Partnerships

The last few weeks have been taken up with negotiating working relationships with other organisations to ensure that the best service that can be delivered are to young people. Partnerships can be difficult with all involved having their own needs and wants but all with agenda of providing great services to young people and communities. The last year has seen the partnerships increase with YG working with parish councils across the county, other voluntary organisations, statutory organisations to ensure that services can be open to as many and as inclusive as possible.

While at times challenging partnerships are always rewarding and I want to thank all those who work in partnership with YG for your commitment to the young people we seek to support.
