...the 10 volunteers transformed the local charity rugby club (Widden Old Boys RFC) changing area, from dark, dingy and most of all dirty! To a bright and airy place where the teams can prepare for the battle ahead. The volunteers cleaned the old mud from the walls and gave the area a fresh lick of paint in the WOBRFC colours of red, white and green.

They also adorned the walls with inspirational and motivational quotes they designed themselves. Including 'Losing is NOT an option' and 'Your role, know it. Your job, do it. Your mouth, shut it and Whatever you want to bring...just bring it!'.

Stuart Carroll (ex club captain) said ''The guys did a really good job, the changing rooms were in desperate need of attention and everyone at the club appreciates what they've done. The quotes add a bit of character too-they help us to get fired up before each game!''.
