The Achieve Programme is a free 6 week course for unemployed young people from 16 to 19 years old designed to develop skills in written communication and to enable an increased sense of confidence.

The programme is a fun way for young people to obtain a National Open College Network (NOCN) qualification in written information.

Included within the 6 weeks in order to gain this nationally recognised qualification is the opportunity to go away on a residential trip, fundraise and manage an event to raise money for a particular charity, improve literacy skills, produce a professional CV, make friends and maximise potential.The aim of the course is to learn a variety of skills that will help towards gaining employment.

We are running two six week Programmes on the following dates:

In Tewkesbury, 8th September 2008 to 17th October 2008

In Gloucester, 22nd September 2008 to  31st October 2008
